Ernani and Carol met as students and have been friends ever since. And although you might find that they are different in many ways, they share a passion for aesthetics and a good quality life. Resulting in numerous dinners, where big dreams and plans were made for “one day”. Finally in the beginning of 2011 these dreams became a reality when Mine was opened.
For Mine to support local talent is essential and all the clothes at Mine is proudly accompanied by a designer label, purely South African. The boutique creates a platform for young and upcoming local talent in the fashion industry.
