Moty’s Foods prepare over 25 high quality frozen food dishes and sell them directly to the public.

The food is prepared by chefs who are passionate about quality. Ingredients are of paramount importance, so they add no preservatives, our meat is sourced from the best possible suppliers, and only use the finest wines, fresh herbs and our very own stock. They want you to know that you’re getting the very best quality in their dishes.

During preparation, each completed dish is removed from the oven and cooled to 0ºC within 90 minutes, to minimise any opportunity for bacterial growth.

The food has a freezer life of up to six months, and once you defrost it, it will taste as good as if it was freshly prepared.

The dishes come complete with rice, mash or pasta, but you can purchase additional vegetable dishes from us too.

Delivery is only R10 in Stellenbosch.
